Front Brakes Locked Up

Former owner of 06 Quad, Metallic gray
Now 04 Quad, Flame Red, 15000mi, Stock

Left Front brakes locked up ( calipers under warranty )
Brake line collapsed...dealer said over $500 to replace.

Where can I find brake lines for a good price?

Oil cooler lines leaking also I remember this problem on my 06, How much for these? where can I find them for a good price?
