This is the first fathers day in 20 plus years my Dad and i could not go fishing on fathers day it became a every year event.

On most of our fishing trips we caught coolers full for a fish fry the following weekend .
On others we would just sit in beach chair chilling watchin the waves rollin and roll out till sunset ,many time there was not even a word spoken,just a wink and a crooked smile from him was all that was needed to speak words that never was talked about between us !

I will miss those days !
