Help with overflow jug. Thanks

Ok I just got my overflow jug in from jmb performance I have taken my old crappy stock one out. My question is y does the overflow jug have two outports and the stock have one the bag has a small hose and all so how do I plug it all in.

Hose goes to the bottom, the top is a drain/vent.
