thats the srt badge off a 06 charger i got from dragon. the lower grill is the same as the grill on the charger so it clips on and stays. the stripes are painted on. had a local body shop do it. the cables are coated so they wont scratch the paint

no drilling required they stick on with 3m tape if you dont like them you can take them off.
