I agree the F1 motor was cool it's bad ass when Inconel headers can glow.
 
i know in the formula one engines because they rev so high engineers actually block each section from the next and then create a vacuum so that there is no turbulance around the crank so when the piston come back down there's no resistance pushing back.

I'm actually in the process of rebuildling a 365 v12 ferrari engine.
