Inter-Cooler by dcperformance

Thanks for the post Jerry. We did quite a bit of development on the Paxton system for the Viper with a better heat exchanger and pump. It really worked and we thought we would do the same for the SRT Truck.

First off, what this package does is keep the coolant supplied to the Paxton after-cooler much cooler. This keeps the air temps down and the power more consistent with heat. The end result is a supercharged truck that makes more power when heat soaked.

This kit includes several components, which can be supplied separately. It consists of the heat exchanger, billet water pump, custom bracket, water tank relocation bracket and hoses.

Please feel free to call us for your vehicle application.

That's not the inter-cooler its actually the heat exchanger for the intercooler, and yeah they're really small and not designed for water but rather oil which makes them really inefficient for our application...

Why would they do that? Did someone at Paxton tell you that they used an oil cooler for a water application? Just curious...:dontknow:

haha, nice. A cooler designed for oil would certainly be less efficient with water as the cooling medium.
