I wanted to do something different with my 32. It is just a fun car and will spend most of the time with my son driving it to shows. We have decided to make it more of a SQ audio type car.
We have 7 Zapco amps (2x 1000W, 650W, 2x 360W, 2x 350W) feeding 2x Critical Mass LS122 subs, 4x Illusion Audio ND8, 4x Illusion Audio ND6, 2x Dyna Audio 202 tweeters, 2x JL audio 6W3. There is no conventional head unit in the car. The music is stored on an iPad mini 32G 4G then to a DAC to an Audison Bit One. Under the sub box there is a 5 gal air tank. The two compressors and valves are under the car. There are 4 XS power batteries in the car, two are on either side of the car and two are under the car.
I'm currently looking for a gen 3 viper motor to replace the 4-71 blown V6. I liked the little motor at first but then after a few hundred pounds of sound deadener and a mass loaded vinyl. Then a few hundred pounds of MDF then all the gear it tends to be a bit sluggish. I have a 6-71 406 sitting in the garage as a backup if the viper motor doesnt pan out. Just thought I'd share.
