Sorry I'm opening this topic up again but I'm guessing you sale this stewing line or fitting needed for the hydraulic fan steering line?
Just roll the price of shipping into the price of the item and offer "free shipping".
I still like my JTS PS lines, Oil cooler lines, shifter (both of them), plug wires, etc. and the customer service was always first rate.
Limited production vehicle supported by small independent shops. I am grateful that a few vendors take the time and make the investment so that we can have some aftermarket support.
I don't care who you are, someone will always find a reason to bitch. If you went out of business trying to cater to them, they'd bitch about that too.
The washer was replaced, and everything has been good *fingers crossed.* Quick question - should there be significant feedback in the steering wheel at low speeds, once the high speed fan turns on??
Hi- how did he make it right? Re: how did the upgraded braided lines work with washer & rubber oring/insert at fan without allowing leakage?it happened to mine too,, Tony made it right..

I think the overall design worked on some (most??) installations but relied on the aluminum casting being perfectly flat (and not too porous), to be leak free. It's a big ask for a rubber inserted metal washer to hold back that much pressure, reliably.
Unless it was redesigned to use a fitting that went inside the casting with o-rings, like O.E.M., I think "make it right" would mean refund.
If I had to guess.

Ah ok- do you have a pic of lines you had made possibly ? Mine's stuck in shop leaking at fan connect.
I would just order these..Ok thanks appreciate.
That link is oil lines- guess you meant the ps lines @ jtsvp? https://shop.jtsvp.com/product.sc?productId=550&categoryId=234
Careful with the fittings regarding how tight get them or alignment or ?-----so I can tell mechanic.
Ah gotcha. Thanks. Actually truck is at a mechanic @ a Ford quicklane (not dealer). So I'll tell not to over torque them.
