I am about 5,000 feet asl how much more boost can I run on my stock motor I have a Paxton currently on last dyno it read 8.85 lbs max psi?

You can run as much boost as you want as long as you are prepared for a $20,000 repair bill! Otherwise you are already pushing the limit on a stock motor.

Compressors create pressure differential. 8.5 psi at 5000' could easily be over speeding the compressor . Fracture the impellor and it will send shrapnel into the engine.

Thanks for the info,well the kit says its good for 8 to 10psi and 700 hp 633ft And that's exactly where I am at 700hp 628ft we'll see how long it holds up for,hopefully forever jk forging it soon.
