NEED HELP!!!!!!

I am in dire need of a cooling fan assy for my 05 SRT-10 and I can not find one anywhere. The factory has them on B/O and does not know when they will produce one. I was involved in a accident with my truck back in Jan. and the body shop cannot finish without this part............ CAN ANYONE HELP???
