Cleaning up the engine bay an this small line cracked, what exactly is it

If you are talking about the small one going straight down, it's for the cruise control. Yes sir, all of those are vacuum.

Yes the small one coming from the T

Vacuum line, I broke mine so I reinserted it into the rubber t fitting and used a small black zip tie to secure it in the t, been fine since last year.

Moneypit is correct. It's the vacuum to cruise control.
