I've never run ARH's but I'm thinking about getting them to try something new. The truck I saw with them on it looked like they fit great. Any chance your motor mounts are shot?

10! That is if you're asking how soon you need to replace them. Oil leaking from an expensive engine is never good.

5. If you're asking how difficult it is to replace them.

Definitely go aftermarket on the new lines. The stock style will just leak again.
