Installed the 'new' grill yesterday.

I like the factory honeycomb look, which blends nicely with the intake and lower mesh plastics on the front end.

I found a Ram 2500 factory grill on ebay for $35 and painted it satin black with a flat Clear spray. Probably 6-7 coats of Black with 5-6 coats of Clear. The emblem is an aluminum placard style based off the Challenger grill emblem. A little epoxy to go with the 3M tape and it's not going anywhere :)

Next come the headlights...

Does anyone know if removing the Air Dams behind the grill will cause any negative mechanical effects? cooling, air routing, etc? If not, I'd like to remove them.

New Headlights Installed!

Went with the Blake housing OEM look.. made by Spec D I believe. The headlights were priced great on Ebay at $79 shipped for the pair. They even came with bulbs. CONS: Lack of a Butyl rubber seal. Knowing that would inevitably end in condensation filled lights, I sealed them with silicone before installation. Another precaution I had to take was modifying the clips on the back of the headlight before installation. The release tabs were not cut from the body of the clip, which would have lead to the things being a royal pain to remove down the road.

For the price, I'd still recommend them.
