got a replacement honey comb grill, looks 10 times better:rock: , do those air deflectors need to be on? or is it ok to leave them off? Either way they are faded and I'll have to paint them before they go back on.

Looks good:rock: A smaller pic would be nice though:p

You can leave the deflectors off... won't hurt a thing.

Now that your grille is black, that stripe going across the grill and center post would look great.

Looks good RB:rock: the deflectors direct air into the air box, does it make a difference eh, some say yes some say no, but your talking less than 5hp, so you want notice either way, keep em , leavem , its your truck and your choice buddy:rock:

thanks guys and thanks for the info on the deflectors, I think I might paint them up and see how they look , all freshened up

By the way - sweet lookin Grille, Black truck really sets it up.

If your running the stock air box the design is for that. If aftermarket CAI, Take-em-off Bud.

Looks good!

For the deflectors, if you want to do any land speed stuff, small things like that make a difference. I blocked 1/2 of my grill and my scoop and got another 2 mph in a standing mile at Bonneville. :burnout:
