They are smoked chrome but hard to tell in the picture...kind of charcoal color..

The Hemi Nightrunners look more black chrome-ish than the SRTs. The SRTs don't really have that chrome coming through the clear black.

I dunno... I'm kind'a diggin' the '09 stockers in the background more.. SRT wheels look hot, yes, but on a new body truck.. Well, they kind'a look like putting 3rd gen Camaro IROC-Z wheels on a 5th gen Z-28 SS IMO...
