Odd situation... Need advice please...

I had the same kind of sweating of oil you desribed. Dealer has changed out the rear main seal, then they did the oil cooler fittings and now the sweating is a drip.......... I wouldnt have them do anything.

Well I went ahead and let them replace the oil pan gasket, so they said :dontknow: , and for a few days it was fine, but I checked under the truck just tonight and it's back to sweating again !!!!! Any further suggestions would be appreciated... I know most of you guys responded telling me not to worry about it too much or let them touch the truck, so I guess it's best to let it ride now or take it back once again

ITS FREAKIN CRAZY HUH? you don't wanna know what the pay us to do the repair either. only way to remove oil pan is by cutting out crossmember or removing engine.

I'd like to know?!? Not the hours number but the amount in real money?

sweating is considered normal. its the dripping you dont want...
