oil in throttle body

i need some help, found some oil in the throttle body and im a little concern about it, can someone please tell me if its normal or is it a big problem and what should i do to fix it. any info will be greatly appreciated thanks .

its normal. its from the crankcase ventilation system.

been traced down to possible detonation probs & contributes to deposits on the intake valves.
