myne is leaking according to the stealership...

it does exactly what it says it monitors your oil pressure It located down by the oil cooler lines and lower rad hoses very easy to get to.
 
It takes a 1 1/16 deep socket to remove. To unplug it, pull the red lock clip back then depress the lever. It will then slide off. There are 2 ports there. One is the gage sending unit, the other goes to the oil light.
 
well i did have a leak on oil cooler lines... which have sorted know.

could that be the leak ,and not the switch?

it is bone dry all around there now.....

no I have the cd version of the viper tech manual. I tried to email it once it is to big of a file. so I copied it to adobe and it works great.

& yes very strong possibility of oil cooler lines if you have not upgraded them
