Oil Temp Replacement Question

I was curious what you guys have replaced yours with. I like the tri pillar but, I have no idea what a N/A truck would need with the extra gauges. Can you replace the OEM with a different gauge from Tony that connects to the factory harness? I like Tony's setup with the gauge mounted to the outside front windshield but, I better stick to the norm.
