Asked the seller how the VIN gets coded to the PCM?

The vin has nothing to do with it. Just keep your stock computer and if you ever take it anywhere to be looked at, swap the upgraded one with the stock one. It is easy to do. You can even have whatever mods' you want on the truck. The only requirments you need to use the flash is: the truck has to be a quad cab, you have to use 93 octane gas, and of course it has to be a dodge srt-10 viper truck. Thanks for your question. No towing with the flash due to the TRQ management being taken out and the timing.
