Problems with HID's

I'm having problems with my HID's. My passenger side went from working, to flickering, to not working at all. The ballast isn't making any noise anymore. The lights had reversed hi/Lo beams and bulb out light. Also the resistors on the passenger side are hot. The drivers side are cool.

Thats weird. Do you have a diagram of how you have it wired up. My first guess would be the resistor on the driver side (the cold one) is dead. Try replacing that one.
