Can i replace the stock lifters with rollers and not replace the cam? My plan was to do the lifters, pushrods and a set of roller rockers.

The stock lifters are rollers.

oem lifters are rollers, and roller rockers start at $1500 ish and virtually no gains unless your going for major power, oem rockers are roller bearinged
