SCT Tuner possible for sale

My buddy is trying to sell his truck and his tuner.

I am trying to get ahold of Torrie if anyone has his email. I want to see if he can now unlock these himself and if not how much it will cost to unlock one.

He's looking for $120 the way it is locked right now.

"The device itself becomes VIN locked the moment you flash your vehicle to a program other then stock. You can independently flash the existing vehicle an unlimited amount of times between custom programs or back to stock.

If a device is locked it would need to be shipped back to SCT to be unlocked. They charge $ 150 for this.

SCT Dealers cannot unlock devices."
