SCT TUNER UPLOADING FILE WITH MAC NOT WORKING?

Has anyone been able to upload a new tune to their SCT tuner with a Mac computer? I get strange symbols page.

If anyone has been successful in doing so can you please list the steps needed to take?

I will also take instructions on how to load files on a windows PC. This way I may do it from a friends computer.

i dont think it will work on a mac, i had to use my pc.
