Gday guys.
my 10 has a squeak from PS pump when I start it.
it was supposed rebuilt when I bought it.
If I spray some silicone spray into the the center of it the squeak/squeal goes away. is this a bearing issue?
thanks in advance for you help

It could be that the pulley wasn't reinstalled on the shaft in the proper location and it may be too far ahead or too far back.

Eyeball the belt and see if you can determine if it is centred and flat on the pulley. If it isn't, the pulley will have to be moved in or out.

Also have a good look at the belt and see if it is shiny and/or wearing on one edge. That would also suggest a misalignment.

Pop the belt off and see if you can feel any grating when you spin the ps pump by hand. If it seems nice and smooth, I'd bet it is a belt issue from a misaligned pulley instead.

It is unlikely the silicone spray is reaching a bearing and more likely it is a squeaking belt.

Good luck from Canada where the only Roos' are in the Zoos'. :)
