I had a friend of mine have that happen on a secondary high when he was loaded with gravel,truck and trailer both loaded,he went over a rough bridge and pulled on the wheel to hold himself in the seat and the wheel came right off! it was in the winter and the truck woundered over to the snow bank and it spun the truck and trailer over and he layed it on its side! He was ok,just a bruise on side of head from thermos! He was lucky!!
