STOCK MARKET SUCKS = GREAT INTEREST RATES

Well as some of you know I'm a mortgage loan officer. With the volatility of the stock market interest rates are at an amazing low again. This can obviously change in the blink of an eye especially considering the complete vote that the Feds had back on December 16th to begin the interest rate increase. If any of you guys out there want any advice in regards to this please feel free to ask, I'm always looking out for my fellow forum brothers. It truly is an amazing time to purchase or refinance. I myself am only licensed in MA, but one of my good friends that also works for my company is licensed in CT and will be getting his RI license cleared within the next few weeks. Even if you are outside of those three states I can still advise you if you have questions, and I can more than likely put you in connection with one of my great fellow coworkers as my company is now licensed in 25 states.
