Best lock I came up with was to remove the handle entirely...she's all shaved! :rock:

The Bully one is what I got also. I love it. This way I can lock things in the back of the truck.

Pace Edwards amke a Powergate tailgate lock. It's electric and works in conjunction with your power door locks. When you doors are unlocked, your tailgate unlocks etc.

How do you open it?

I had temporarily installed the tailgate handle on the inside. Just flipped it around. I was going to install a power locking system tied to the door locks. Even purchased all the parts and figured out wiring but just never got around to doing it. Having the handle on the inside works just fine. I have a bed rug so you can't see it and all you do is slip your hand under the rug and pull the handle.

I've found it pretty amazing how many non-motorheads comment about the missing tailgate handle. They spot it almost immediately and offer only compliments.
