Throttle body cable question

Hey guys. I just got a quick question

On my throttle body there is a left. A right. And what I'll call the back cable

My right side cable is loose wondering what it's for. Say about 1/2" play

the cable closest to the TB housin is your go fast cable.

it comes off the pivot, over the notch dohicky & then to your foot.

the top outside is cruise control. sounds bout right

the 3rd is tranny kick down cable, if ya have a QC
