I've hit 155 plenty of times, but one time I raced a saleen on the interstate and hit 160 
...but that was only one time and I did let off because he was too far back to waste anymore gas :rock:

I had a new 1980 Dodge Mirada with a 318, bone stock except for the air cleaner lid flipped over. Have seen it over 83mph on a long straight stretch of I-75 South.:burnout: :burnout:

Dom MIGHT be able to do it with his 1400rwhp, weight reduction and 3.73 gears.
1000hp, 5k pound truck, 4.10 or 4.56 gears..... I don't think so.

Cars, yes, but cars don't have the high drag coefficient or huge frontal area of our trucks. And at those speeds, it's all about drag, which increases exponentially with velocity.
