trying to post pics

i have the pictures already on my lap top just trying to transfer them to the forum.
any suggestions???

The pics that go into your sig need to be hosted somewhere else. Someplace like Photobucket (free). Upload your pics there and then copy the URL into the sig using the pic option at the top of the sig area. It's nice to downsize them too. 320 x 240 is a good size. Photobucket lets you edit the size on their site.

At the top of your Photobucket page is a place for you to browse your computer for the picture you want to upload. Once it's uploaded, edit the size (if you want). There are three boxes under the picture. Copy URL in the top box. Go back to you user cp and edit your signature. At the top of the signature box is a tiny icon of a picture. Looks like a couple of mountains in it. Select that and it will pop up a window for you to paste the URL you copied from Photobucket. Save it and it should show in the sig area.
