Wheel studs

Has anyone swapped out the 9/16"-18 wheels studs we have for a more common 1/2"-20?

I want to swap the front studs to match the Strange axle I have on order for the rear. Then the wheel nuts for front and back are the same.

I plan to run these lug nuts but they don't make them in 9/16.

I think you must be confused as his truck is a 1000rwhp RC

I've got those lug nuts for a project, they are very nice.

Those lugs are cheap compared to the OEM ones from my local dealership. I jacked one up the other day taking my wheels off to clean inside and needed just one. Called Dealership, Got my military discount (so they said) and the final bill for one OEM lug nut was $10.82.

Not a huge deal but I'm glad I didn't need 20!

Yup they are very nice. I was going to ask you first about the lug swap but didn't, have you ever done this?

I have not, Doms is 1/2" front, 5/8 back but has wheels that take mag style lugs.

Swapped the front studs over to 1/2"-20, and mounted the Bogarts using the new aluminum lugs from Champion Billet today.

These are super nice nuts!

The Bogarts were a one off deal that a old member did with Bogart, I'm not sure exactly but I think there was about 8 sets of front wheels made. If I recall they were about $1000 for the two fronts.

As for the antenna I have a electronic antenna under the dash and covered the hole with a JMB emblem, that was done a lot of years ago! But yeah the radio can be hard to hear at times....
