Hi,

Your truck uses a 9007 bulb for both the low and high beam meaning that you would need to order a 9007 HID kit. 9007 HID kits are sold as low beam only and bi-xenon. Low beam only kits will upgrade your low beams to HID however you will lose your high beam functionality. Bi-Xenon HID kits use a moving bulb to differentiate between the low and high beam.

Fogs: Your truck uses a 9006 bulb for the fogs meaning that you would need to order a 9006 HID kit for this upgrade.

Check out these great pictures of the XenonDepot 3000K HID kit installed in a Lexus GS. The intent of having yellow fog lights is to improve vision by removing shorter, blue wave lengths from the projected light. Aside from being functional, yellow fog lights actually look great! They offer a nice contrast when compared to your low beam headlights.
