Thats a big ass negative , I had to do my thing. New black mesh grill color matched mirrors and handles again.

I need to find a set of DR for this thing i cant get better than a 2.0 60' with this thing.

I was at the one last yr which was the first time we have had a houston truck shootout. Since it was the first yr i think we had a good turn out of atleast 1500 people...

This yr its better and we have a feeling its gonna be huge with more stuff added this yr.

It's this weekend if y'all are still down to clown! I plan to be able to bang gears correctly and hope for a PB and record.;)
 
wont know if i have to work saturday till thursday afternoon ,,if i go im not going to race ,,might do a couple laps just for the hell of it ,,,dont want to break anything before PCB ,,ill bring my monster size BQ pit you love so much ;)

That would be sweet James! A lil BBQ never hurt no one. I imagine Carl won't run as well, but nice to see the bros and have support for us racers against Lightnings.;)
 
Wake up and check your oil, coolant, tires, leaks ( lol) and let's get ready to do this tomorrow. Gotta put some lightnings and SS Silverados to sleep tomorrow night.;)

Yep, it's a bust. OSO is in LA.. Venomous is looking at a long drive for MAYbe two passes.. I just got back into town and my insurance on the 10 kicks back in starting Monday (I'm not paying insurance for weeks that I'm not here) and Scotty said the rest of the TX guys have priority stuff to tend to. A shame because this weather is fantastic for Baytown. Scotty mention Laps for Charity early May, the weekend before PCB.
 
think im going to hmp sunday night on the 1st of may,, just to see how my shifting is ,,,make surre im not rusty and want to test a couple of thing out :burnout:have to do it on street tires but o well

Why the 1/8th?? Does hmp even do enough track prep for you to run street tires?
