I would like to apploigize in advance for all the questions that I will be posting but the truck is getting closer to being done so I am gonna need to know alot of stuff ;)

Anyway, when installing new fuel injectors, do you have to put anything on the o-rings before snapping them in place on the intake?

Thanks for any info!!

Just put some oil on the o-rings. Regular engine oil will be fine.

Engine oil sometimes causes O-rings to swell depending on the rings, not sure if this is that case with these ones or not. But just to make sure I would use Lithium grease (white grease) or vasoline.

jsut spit on em;)

Thanks for all the replies !! I appreciate the help :rock:

Funny Tony said that as I have done this before, lol. After 10 I'd have cottonmouth from lack of spit! Lmao
Vaseline or lithium grease as said, something more petroleum based and not containing acidic bolt loosening properties that may soak the o-ring causing a vacuum leak.

Didn't even think of that with the wd40. Thanks for pointing that out.
