The connector is for the high pressure switch that is in the A/C line.
Plug off the throttle body opening with a 1/8" pipe plug.

Funny but they do not! They were notorious on GM TBs to prevent sticking under cold conditions due to the alum expansion and contraction. Been on the GM sports cars since about 86' and still used them on the LS1/LS6![]()
