I modded the stock shifter by removing the rubber isolator and haven't missed 3rd since. It's still not cool as aftermarket but it gets the job done.

I noticed almost no difference, it is surprisingly like stock other than now I can catch 3rd every time. The feel is awesome compared to stock. It doesn't feel like the shifter is hooked into a bucket of pudding anymore.

i removed the rubber when i put a pistol grip in i notied a big niose diff i just turn up the radio yes the shifting has got alot better and blead my slave.

I just installed Tony's JTSVP shifter and the difference is amazing!

I also like the fact that it is adjustable.:rock:

I got my b&m as low as it can. Shorter throw

You can always get a machine shop make whatever handle u want. It's just bent metal.
