Cheap mirror assembly for sale....

Hi guys,
some months ago I've broken the driver mirror exterior sheel, I tried to buy it here in italy but it is impossible.
I tried also to buy an entire mirror assembly but here it's out of question (Dodge Ram never official sold).
I see on rockauto.com and amazon.com that there are many mirror assembly at very cheap prices (30-40$).
For example on rockauto: VARIOUS MFR Part # CH1320215 {#55077441AE} €30.91
I've seen others from Fit or TYC in the same price range... with the correct oem part number, powered and heated, and so on.
But these are so cheap (maybe only for me...) that I've some doubt about quality....
Does someone have these? Looks good and similar to the originals?

Used. so it shows some wear. I would mail you the whole assembly for shipping only, but shipping to italy will be over $100 US I think.

For shipping, on rockauto they ask me about 50$.
I think that with U.S. mail international economy the cost will be even lower.
