What Country is it Made In???

The ratchet and the steel components of the wrench are manufactured in Taiwan, and the electronics and assembly are done in Malaysia. Our repair / calibration facility is located in Chicago in case anything ever needs to be done to the wrench.

How durable is it? E.g. shock load withstand, temperature, overload. My tools seem to hit the concrete when I use them...:dontknow:

First, like any torque wrench, it is a precision instrument. It should be handled with care.

That being said, the best thing I can say is that we have had very few issues / returns from units that are out in the field being used everyday. The unit can handle a lot.

Need a torque wrench? We have one for you!

Mine arrived yesterday evening. It was even nicer that I had expected. A quality tool indeed. I like the case it comes in too.

Now if you could just come out with the 3/8" drive version......:)

Thanks for initial review. If ya can, maybe you can fill us in on its real world functionality in a more in depth review later :D
