What is up with all the new members??? Is it that time of year?

Lemme tell you new guys something, you will love it here. This place has got good people that will be the most helpful you have ever dealt with. Ask any question and you will get the answer you need (eventually) Like any forum we have a few turds but you will identify them very quickly and in some cases may even enjoy them. Good luck and glad to have you. Welcome to the VTCOA:rock::rock:

I think its because there are so many trucks for sale now that are great deals. I just picked up an 04 rc with 30k miles for $21k last weekend from a dealer. They are finally affordable to turds like me:D Now I just need another $21k to build it the way I want it. All in time I guess, thank goodness they are so much fun already in stock form. Im glad to be here and already getting lots of good info and advice. :rock:

I have to say I've had my truck for almost 2 years and I've learned more from everyone on this forum in the past month than I could've accumulated myself in those 2 years. THANKS SO MUCH TO ALL YOU GUYS!!!!!!

Easy when you think about it. 6 years after 2012 Nearly every SRT-10 that was sold new, is now paid off, and people are selling them left and right to new buyers. Explains the price drop. Supply > Demand.

Im with im glad to get some new people and fresh ideas in here. Even if they dont use the search feature for "
What; oil, supercharger, cold air intake, spark plugs, shifter, throttle body?
Supercharger vs Turbo?
Why does my engine make ticking sounds?
How does an SCT work?
Why is so and so rude all the time?

I make my pledge here and now to answer those questions, without being an asshole so the new people feel welcome. :rock:

It's really not a problem Jack .. TURDS WILL BE TURDS some bigger than others ... But you are correct about this site ,,, It is a wealth of information about the trucks... Glad to see things have calmed done somewhat and new memberships are on the rise .... Good post from one old Turd to another :burnout::rock::rock:

FJ, Only been on here a few months but have really enjoyed it so far. I have gotten a number of good ideas about things that I want to do to my truck. It is cool to be able to get honest feedback on things instead of a load of B.S.! This truck is an awesome piece of machinery and its cool to talk to folks who think the same way!
 
Very well put " GrandTurd"! Fresh blood is always good to see. Whether newbie 10 owners or Poor, Saddened Lighting owners. :chain:
