Wow, just upgraded to the ROE Upgraded hydraulics kit...

WTF.

This thing is like night and day! The difference is night and day for me. I had a bad slave when I bought the truck (no I did not know). The clutch felt spongey and unreliable. I figured hey its a truck thats as good as it gets. With the new kit I have a firm pedal, good height, and I can catch that 2nd - 3rd shift no problem.

Anyways. Great work guys! Off to get a speeding ticket!

Would you say either is tow friendly?

Hydraulics don't make it tow friendly, its the clutch itself, the ability to slip a little before engaging without glazing or chatter. A spec stage 1 with stock flywheel for towing. Hydraulics just disengage it.

I just went on Tony's site and didn't see anything. Did Tony fab something up for you?

No he didnt make them for me, he does offer a kit. I read about it in one of his 1400 post long threads of new products, I think it was about post 317............

But that aside, it is a great piece. Clutch petal height is adjustable, engagement/disengagement is very short, Wilwood master cylinder with remote mount reservoir, a nice aluminum bracket for the reservoir, long hose for bleeding (nice for bleeding, but hard to hide - great for people without hoists), all aluminum slave cylinder (no plastic). And the price is right too, at $500.

I dont have any pictures of the master at the moment but heres some crappy cell phone shots of the slave:
