New Truck!!

Hey guys, just recently bought my truck and I've been scanning through here to find the most common issues people have with their trucks. I'm pretty savvy with this kind of stuff and was wondering if you guys could just give me a rough idea on the problem area's because I haven't met a performance vehicle that doesn't have one. I have a silver 05 QC and love it so any help fighting the good fight would be appreciated.

Welcome to the rbc. Power steering lines and oil cooler lines leak. The motor has cast pistons that suck. And push rods can bend.

Welcome to the club! The tranny maintainence needs to be kept on top of! Serviced, solinoids switched out to GM ones, I would put a little more aggressive valve body in to increase line pressures to prevent slippage and the servo also,and keep the bands adjusted properly, then it should last for a long time,a bigger pan wouldn't be a bad idea either.

Thanks bro, you dont by chance have part numbers for the GM solenoids or what exactly I'm looking for? Also where are you guys getting your parts from. This is a huge difference from a cobra. I've only seen limited place to purchase parts i/e hennessey, roe, and the viper store. Any of you guys' help is greatly appreciated.
