Anyone see this on Autotrader?

it's a good buy as long as it's running... throw a hood on it and paint the roof... find a tonneau and you'd be in a truck with 25k miles for $15k...

you could part it out for more than that even as is...

but if the motor's toast, it's a paperweight...

no no, I got that part. the wheels are from a "donk" and the mirrors are worse. but even the ugly girl is fun to take out sometimes.

I'm still pretty new to these rigs and that price surprised me. Thanks for the info.
 
That truck has been sold already. The pictures aren't very good but if you look closely the fender is all dented up as well. Judging by all the dents on the hood I bet most of the truck has dents.:dontknow:

that's kind of what I was thinking. there are some parts on that truck I'm sure could be crammed into a Factory Five car or an Ultima or a....

Viper powered 240Z? Holy hell, that would be a handful
honestly, just turning the boost up on mine would net the same output on a much lighter engine... i have a motor built for 25-30 lbs. now... sitting in the garage, though... only running 10 lbs. now and it's quick...

At the same time? Pics or it didn't happen.

pics of what? my nipple? while i haven't done anything in either one, i know for a fact they'll fit... but the c10's getting the viper motor... fer sher;)
 
Well since you asked....:D That's what I really want to see! Are you going to use the chassis from the '10, or just move the engine over to the Chevy? Which trans are you going to use?

the plan now is to put the cab, doghouse, and bed of the 67 onto the dodge frame so i get all the good suspension, brakes, frame, etc... i'm definitely keeping the T56... the easier thing would be to put the viper motor in the c10 frame, but by easier, i only mean i could be driving it sooner - i.e. once it's in, the rest of the truck's already there, so let's go burn some tires...

depending on the turbo, 30lbs should be closer to 600whp, which would be stupid fast in that 240! however, the V10 running 15lbs of boost would probably be just as fun :rock:

If you ever get any video of that 240, I'd love to check it out
