looking for new racing rims and slicks

I want to run some slicks next year and know that i need at least a 16 inch rim. does anyone have a good combo out there of 16 inch rim and some slicks?

You have CCW 16" rear and 19" front that fit with minimum grinding to front calipers.
Then Bogart has a few designs in 16" rear and an 18" front.
You can go Eagle/Pacer/American Racing but they will stick out a bit.

I bought bogart 18 inch front rims from a member on here a couple weeks ago. I guess ill take a look at a bogart 16 inch rear rim then. Any suggestions on what slick to use?

So i just got on the bogart website and see that just about everything is custom made. And usually custom made means expensive. Im gonna look at different options lol

I recommend the M&H Cheater slick 30/14.0-16LT and the Bogart 16x10 to match your front wheels. Bogart has the correct offset. That's what I'm running, one of the quickest NA trucks on this site (11.631 @118.01) and I usually have a 60' in the low 1.60's. My best is 1.57. I am leaving at 4500 rpm with no wheel spin (16.5 lbs).

Bogart is the best, I'm actually picking up a new set to try on mine now. He got the front measurements on mine figured out so now the fronts fit without changing the front calipers. Send me a pm and I can put you in touch with Rich.

Bogarts are nice but $450 per rim, I use procomp alloys they were like 130 a rim

Bogart has actually done extensive measurements on my truck and these last wheels he has mocked up for me should fit good.

Yeah they stick out a lot, they weigh more than a bogart but not sure how much. I pull consistent 1.6x 60' times with my setup. And overall they are $600 less than the bogarts
