Hiccups:
I had a couple episodes where truck was hiccuping up the street. First one was a month ago after a 3 week sit, so one recommendation was low battery. Most recent episode was a week ago, and it thew a CEL. I checked it and the throttle position sensor code was active. I didn't clear it but it did not come back on the next ignition cycle.

I'm a recent owner and the (Chevy) dealer I purchased it from had a 4 month / 3k mile bumper to bumper on it. Also lifetime powertrain if I let them do my oil changes. Anyhow, I took it to them since I am still within time and miles, and also told them the front power seat tilt motor is not working.

Victory:
The service advisor called with a MAF code as well as the TPS. Was looking at several hundred for each, plus $750 or something for the seat. I asked "what part of bumper to bumper am I missing here?". Apparently the system was not set to indicate that I had it. All 3 ended up being covered for $50 deductable. If they had known I had the warranty, I could only imagine that the call would have been that the "codes are cleared". Seeing as I lost a pressure plate in my 2006 Jetta 400 miles from home on Christmas, this was welcome news.

Next?:
Santa missed my house on Christmas and I was hoping he would drop something nice. Still looking for a tonneau, but most require that the wing be removed. Anybody have an aftermarket recommendation (hard or soft)? And I was thinking of the JTSVP performance 1"/2" lowering kit. Any chance of a tax time sale?

Thanks for listening.

Great news but tell dealer we have no MAF on our trucks :)

Maybe I misheard MAF (and obviusly I don't know enough about 10's either). I'm pretty sure the Chevy dealer just sends it over to the Dodge guys. It had a wheel speed sensor out when I purchased it and I know for a fact that they just let a Dodge place handle it.

I have a retrax bed cover and it works around the wing. Real nice cover. The tony 2"-2" lowering kit is awesome!! Change all the bushings at the same time!

I'll check them out. Pre-cut for the wing? As for 2/2, I'm trying to level, but thanks for confirming that I should change bushings as well. I planned to.

I could post a pic of the retrax to wing fit if you like! Only complaint I have is the lock is under the wing and I can't get the key in it! The flush mounting of the cover looks awesome!
