Just got my Fang Starter Button in the mail. Some of you guys have the light on the button on all the time & some of you don't. If it is on all the time does it heat up? What is the good, bad & ugly of having it lit all the time? Thanks for your input.

It won't overheat but it will obviously shorten the life. It's not super bright during the day anyway but noticeable.

Thanks, I was thinking about having it on all the time for night cruzn'. As soon as the heat gets out of the triple digits into the double digits here in Phoenix it will be that time again.

You should be able to tap into your light system so when you turn on your head lights so will your fang starter button

and when its not bright enough then you rewire in some LED's instead of the stock little bulb in them and make them nice and bright :)

just a bit brighter with the coloring :)

You have to call him. He is ordering them in smaller numbers, so he won't have a lot of extra laying around. Let him know what colors you are needing.
Redice2 thanks for the info on making it brighter, good idea.

np originally we thougth i had gottent he purple one but just turned out looked purple due to how dim the light was. so i did some tweaking :)

The Lighted Starter Button was $90.00 plus $10.00 shipping. This is less than a tank of gas. Hope this helps.

found another picture of it once finished and installed it matches nicely to the rest of my slight lighting mods i think.

Very cool addition. Gotta get that.

I need to start toping off rather than filling up. It would save me a lot in my gas bill. $90.00 is a lot better than $120.00. Thanks for the idea. lol.
When you order the light they need to know what colors you want, for the fangs & for the background.
