What would be a fair price to put on a 04 RC ? No engine. Blew that up a while back.....

Some of the old guys might remember me.......

Just looking for opinions.

Thought you were going to put a diesel or something like that in it?:dontknow: That's been several years ago though so I don't really remember:D

Is the transmission still there? Miles and condition of the truck will make a difference on price also.;)

Why not just throw an engine in and sell it??:dontknow:

Great to hear from you again. Sorry to hear you are gonna sell the truck. PM viperhauler (Dan) he needs a roller truck.

Yeah I'm the diesel guy. Just looking for options now- have not touched the truck- really rather finish up my pro mod and the SRT is sitting....

Trans could go with it along with the Southbend Stage 3 clutch- Body is damned good. Also have line lock that was never installed.

Really not sure if I wanna let it go......

Book value on the truck is still close to 20k. It would be a project for someone so the price would need to be right.

If the truck is in great condition other wise I'd say 7-11k depending on how bad you want to sell it. JMHO;)

What was the reason for the connection rod failure? If you don't mine me asking.:)

Oil cavitation is what Chuckie Tater of Tater's Dodge told me and he also said he seen it far too often. He even told me what one let go and he never seen my truck- this was over the phone.

When the rod was exiting stage left and right it took out the main oil galley which rendered the block useless. I woulda fixed the windows if the galley was intact. 2 windows left and right banks.

The body is not wrecked, I have caltracs for it, never installed- roll control kit from Justin, Viper slave upgrade, new flywheel with Southbend Stage 3 clutch-SCT loaded- 8 total of the stocker wheels. It's got a custom hand done leather sneaky pete viper logo for the console? I forget who was selling them way back then in the early days of VTCOA......

I'm gonna have to pull off the cover. It's been awhile

I do remember breaking two of them carbon fiber pistol grip handles- think the stocker is in there. And I made a cold air intake.

Motor has been out of it since it blew.:dontknow: Sold the exhaust system to a member here sensors might be hanging- I forget.......

That's quite a bit different than what he's offering. You have several more G's worth of stuff to buy;)

Sorry guys I have not been around. still have this truck too.

I see this thread is a year old but can we bump this back up?

Haulin, if i remember right you are in Allamuchy. Im dissapointed you didnt throw a Cummins in it. I recently just bought a roller, I would say with the trans yours should sell about 7k. Without the trans, 5kish. PM me if your interested in selling 4 of those 8 wheels you have, im local and looking for a set.

Had a guy interested in trading me for a ready to go 4spd lenco o.d. set up. Then he got cold feet on shipping the truck. He is selling the trans for 12K. :( Had we been able to pull the deal together I would have let the truck go.
