Hello Jeremy,

Thank you for your email. We welcome the opportunity to serve you.

In regards to the email you sent stating:

I own a 2006 Ram SRT-10. The KDW's that you make for the factory size are getting hard to find ( 305/40/22 ), why is this? Another tire that I am extremely interested in is the g-force Rival but the largest size you seem to manufacture is 315/35/20. Is there any chance that BFGoodrich will make the Rival in 305/40/22 or maybe even 325/35/22? Please let me know as I am part of a forum that has a lot of members wondering about this. Also, it could possibly be very beneficial for your company to join the VTCOA.com as a vendor as there are thousands of members searching for these sizes. Thank you, VTCOA member ( Stealth78 )

We're sorry but the g-Force T/A KDW in size 305/40ZR22 has been discontinued with no replacement.

Unfortunately, there are no plans to manufacture the g-Force Rival in either 305/40R22 or 325/35R22.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

We appreciate your business and thank you for choosing BFGoodrich.

They appreciate your business so much, they told you to F.O. without actually coming out and saying it. This thread sucks. :D

It is time for EVERYONE on this forum to send them an email ASAP and see if we can be heard!!!!

Whether they lubed it up or not, the end result is the same....

Well then send them an email... the more inquires they get in regards to this issue the better. I realize that it is a small chance but IF WE DO NOTHING, THEN WE ARE GUARANTEED NOTHING AS A RESULT!!!!!!!!!!

This is my email:

I am in need of tires and want to buy BFG KDWs in 305/40/22 and see they have been discontinued. This is very upsetting to me and several others with this vehicle. This tire has been considered the benchmark of performance when it comes to tires and to find out they are not available any more means we will have to take our business to another tire manufacturer. Please by all means make this tire available again or give us another option in this size so we don't have to go elsewhere.

Sincerely,
Andrew Savakinas

As long as BFG decides NOT to make the KDW in a 305/40/22, I decide NOT to buy another BFG tire of ANY size for other vehicles. They have now joined PIRELLI in my personal boycott. Just my 02...

why are you boycotting pirelli?

side note: if anyone wants to make a stink it needs to be to continental. they were by FAR the best tires for our trucks, IMO. traction rating equivalent to the BFG and Pirelli...

I had a problem with one tire, after couple dealers looked at tire they sent me to district rep. After he looked at it, said sorry, no warranties expressed or implied. I asked if I could get at least $50 off on a NEW set of 305/40/22, told me flat out, NO, price is what it is, deal with it. Tires had 13k on them, told him I never buy another PIRELLI again, guy was just a jerk. Found other people much more willing to do business with after that...

These companies are bigger than anything we can do, doesn't matter to them if a miniscule group of truck owners wont buy anymore of their tires. We can say anything we want but it will fall on deaf ears. Time to seek out other options for our trucks. Just my opinion.

That really stinks. I have the Nittos and I know several have hated them, I have been very pleased, especially for what I paid. I have had them over 5 yrs and they have nearly 30k on em by now I would say and still can prolly get a couple more years out of them. They are less grippy then day one as any tire will be with age. I have had issue with high speeds either, even tho they aren't rate for the speeds I have gone. To be honest I wanted the BFGs when I bought the nittos but the price was outta my league at the time I needed the tires. I got 4 Nittos mounted and balanced with a lifetime free replacement without pro-rating and free tire rotations for the life of the tire out the door for $750. I wouldn't mind a good second option for next time if BFGs are off the table tho.

I went with the NITTOs because of availability problems with KDWs,nobody had in stock. Decent tire, be an excellent tire if I didn't have KDWs first. KDWs #1, but. If not available....

Chris, you disappoint me... LOL. You can't have that mind set. Look I'm no dummy, I realize these companies are huge but put it in perspective. I know this scenario isn't likely, but instead of complaining and not doing something as easy as sending an email, C'mon! At $350 per tire X 4= $1400 If we get 1000 members to shoot them an email that they are interested in a set that is $1,400,000.00!!!! That has to be worth something to even companies as big as BFGoodrich. Haven't we had over 3000 people logged in at one time before? Ok... I am done. Moving on :canabis:

Don't be disappointed in me:(LOL The problem is you will never get that many people to commit(1000), I'm not complaining just think we should look elsewhere. You need a street drag radial anyway:rock:;):canabis:
