This guy onto something or what

Crapola, we need this guy in Detroit----or wherever the auto designers hang out now. At one time in history most of the patents used came from individuals and were bought by the auto industry. It's a fact the gun/ammo industry gets most of it's innovations from the inquisitive backyard risk takers as does the oil patch. :rock:
 
This is basically the same principal of a Smokey Yunick experiment from about 25+ years ago with a Pontiac Fiero. He did basically the same thing only he pre-heated the gas an did the vapor thing between the fuel pump and the carb.

Driveability suffered but it did run. A couple guys I worked with at the time tried it and eventually gave up because tuning was such an issue.

Smokey was a super brilliant engineer and NASCAR dude. Look him up !

There is a tuned version of that with three corks on the tubes that go in the can.
1 tube open is for lean city driving.
2 tubes open is normal use
3 tubes open is for track use only....
