Tearing back into the truck again.
I have most of the front end already tore apart.

I need to remove intake and valve covers.
I want to keep this round to a minimum, any thing to worry about or address?

I am assuming I will need new gaskets for the intake. Anything else that I should do?
I thought about wires but this thing only has 11k miles on it.

I've been working on this thing all weekend. I re-sprayed all of the flat items under the hood and re-painted everything that was powder coated so it matches.
Hopefully my wires show up reasonably soon so I can start assembling things..
Tomorrow I think the temp sensors will be re-wired and the power steering lines re done to hopefully kill the squeal.

I agree with this, it's smooth plastic underneath it and makes it look much cleaner. It can also be painted if you choose to do it that way.
